What camera do you use to record your Subs Video?

I've been thinking about buying a camera but it doesn't seem like prices on camera's are that great yet. Prices on computer parts and stuff seems to be hot right now, but I'm not too sure for about cameras.

What do you guys recommend for a $250 budget? Should I wait until the time is right?
