Any decent double din HU head unit with wireless Android auto/ Apple car play. I hate wires. I also required a rear video output and zone audio. I went with a Pioneer 4400NEX since at the time it was cheaper than the Kenwood equivalent and it checked all my boxes.
youre going to find tons of pioneer responses to this question, and for good reason. JVC is making a comeback too. Sony makes some good stuff, Alpine isnt a bad choice albeit spendy
I swore by Alpine for a long time after owning a 7900 series. That was my first experience with an aftermarket deck. Now I find whatever has the capabilities I need and in a price range of around 120.00. Which has been Kenwoods. I know I can do better but they work well, so for now I will work my way up from there. I considered bypassing the HU all together and using an EQ and line drivers with either a USB interface or 3.5mm jack from an audio player.
