what brand circuit breake to buy??? and amps ???

ok i have a x-scorpion 150 amp breaker now but keep kicking it out at high volume with loud bass im looking online currently for another breaker but not to many brands out there and what amp breaker should i get im running a kicker 1500.1 for my subs and a rockford p400-2 for my highs 0 guage wire and a kinetik hc1800 battery and help suggestions brand preference is appreciated thanks

why not just use an inline fuse holder with an anl fuse?

well you circuit breaker should be matched with your wire gauge, same with a fuse. brand shouldn't really matter as much as size. what size wire are you running?

you shouldn't be triggering it that much let alone blowing fuses if you match them correctly

I like the idea of the circuit breaker but like said already if the fuse is the proper size then you should have no problems.

Wouldnt touch one. Way to many moving parts for it to fail in the environment it would be in. If you do some more searching you will find some car fires caused by them.

ive had my stinger 200 amp for years with no problems been thru an orion 2500d and a few other high power amps and now my kicker amps and has never popped

never heard of one failin and catchin fire. and to boot its workin fine just believe I need a higher amp breaker possibly a 200 amp breaker

I.just fiqured mine was a cheap one and that's why it keeps goin out at heavy bass songs.

I would just stick with an anl fuse holder. You shouldn't be popping fuses like that anyways.

no nothing wrong with my setup just wondering what amperage breaker or fuse to run on my set-up i was thinking 150 amp to small for a 1500 watt and a 400 watt amp ??

You should fuse for your wire size, not your current draw.
