What are y'all asking Santa for?

Just wondering what would be on y'all's Christmas wish list if you could ask Santa for anything (car audio).

I want a designated basshead ride! Preferably a SUV. Two 15s in a ported box. A few marine speakers mounted under the car so everybody can easily hear what I'm jamming lol. Nothing too crazy. No competition level stuff. I guess I need to write Santa a letter.

I'm with Popwar. Just buy a harley if you need attention so bad you don't mind annoying everyone you drive by.

I’ll never actually get the designated bass ride, or put speakers under my car, but I’m pretty sure we already annoy people while driving by with our bass. So what’d be the difference with speakers under the car? You think they’re unfazed just because they can’t hear the highs lol okay

Speakers under the car is going out of your way to make others hear your music, and you can't even pretend you are doing it for your own listening pleasure. Tremendous difference.

A lot of people believe adding huge subs in your vehicle is “going out of your way.” To each their own. I’m way too old to put speakers under my car, but if I had the means in high school or college I would’ve done it in a heartbeat.

I'd like new hertz 169.3 speakers... for the inside of my car though. My real christmas present is finally getting these dents taken care of on my car from a hail storm that happened in April. 20% of the cars on the road here have dents in them now so the waiting periods for the reputable PDR businesses are insane.

I did a door complete with sound deadening and had to rip it all out so they had access to the inside of the panel :( That project went on hold real fast.

I know undoing all of that work was sickening. Luckily, we rarely get hail down here in south east TX, and when we do it’s usually not enough to dent our cars up.

Ironically it was a tropical storm from Texas that caused it lol.. The midwest is weird.

I had insurance.. it coulda been way worse. Deductible only 200 for 7k of damage.. just the progress that I'm most disappointed with. And of course hoping that the car will look the same as it did when they're all done.

If you want to quote me, don't mischaracterize my words by only including a select part of the sentence.

"Loud pipes save lives"

In all seriousness though, speakers under the car to purposely annoy people is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard lol. To think I've been doing it all wrong. Sound deadening and shit to try to keep the sound inside..

Id like to get another Clean Eclipse HU to put in my other truck. 8v to be exact..
And get the Transmission Shop to fix my transmission properly on the other so I can get it back on the road without any worries. Maybe 3 times the charm for the warranty Fix?? We Will see.

Man I really got some of y’all worked up over some speakers under a car lmao. I guess y’all didn’t hang out where I used to hang out in high school and college (the hood). Dam near everybody drove around with their windows down blasting their music. Some guys even put “horns” (that’s what they called them) under their hoods that projected their music like a loud speaker. It sounded like crap, but that’s where I got the idea for quality sounding speakers under the car. I would have also had a switch to turn them off/on when needed. And I never said anything about doing it to “annoy people on purpose.” It’d only be for days when the park was full and people are riding through. I guess y’all are from different worlds so you wouldn’t understand.

Dirty Mike and the boys having themselves a soup kitchen?
Yep. Then a momma raccoon came along and gave birth on the floor.
