Used at the12volt.com box calculators?

To make a long story short i'm making a box volume calculator for my programming class. I thought i had the right formulas but i'm getting an entirely different amount than when i punch in the same numbers on that website.

it is just LxWxH for rectangular boxes with inside dimensions

well its LxWxH / 1728 to get cubic feet, but if you want to make a whole box program with port calculator thats a bit more complicated

i was minly having problems with the cylinder but i got that bug worked out, i'll keep you posted on the wedge designs, they look difficult

its not that hard really, tuning one is kinda long.

And if all you need is internal dimensions, try this:

((length - (woodThickness * 2)) * (width - (woodThickness * 2)) * (height - (woodThickness) * 2)) / 1728

This will give cubic feet, given all meaurements in inches.

Forget it, you probably got that down

i'm just doing sealed boxs so i'm not worried about that

its in VB, pretty easy, i should be done with it in about the next 20 minutes

whats the formula for the 3 sided wedge design? I thought it was just going to be base x height but it asks for height, width and depth
