Most places here are hovering around $3/gallon for 87 Octane.

Some places are a few cents/gallon more and some are a few cents/gallon less.

I think the news last night said the cheapest gas in our local area was $2.96/gallon for regular unleaded (87 Octane)

Paid $3.49 for 87 yesterday, and thats the cheapest I've seen in a while. Most other stations are $3.69 for 87.

Chicago area is ranging anywhere from $3.50 to over $4.00 a gallon. The closer to the city the more expensive.

!!!!!!!! HOLY SHEIT!!!!! So I was driving out to the city yesterday on my way to work (Chicago) and I see a new personal record for gas.. talkin for premium here.....I see a SHELL gas station for 4.07!!! First Im I have EVERY seen above 4 bucks....THEN......The guy I was with says " Oh there is a B.P....we need gas (the only place our company can get gas with the gas card) I look at the price...... 4.09!!!!!!!!!! THENNNNNNN we keep driving towards the DePaul area................................ 4.18!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY CRAP!!!!! Can ANYBODY touch that!!!!!!!!!!! WTF IS THAT CRAP... Then I go to Antioch today (IL/WI border.....) and I see 3.39!!!! Almost an .80$ diff.!!! Area you kidding me!!!!!
