What are the average gas prices in your area now?

local place here has a sign up $6.00 a gallon, i dont understand that.

also another has like $8.97..... i dont get it

Most places around here are averaging between 3.90-4.00 per gallon. Many stations around here are using 10% ethanol in the gasoline so that helps the price stay a little lower, however I have heard of the ethanol causing a drop in mpg.

true! I work at kum and go in black rock and ours is going to be ethanol now. Ours stays anywhere between 3.87-3.95
