What are some free virus scanners programs & sites?

Also im pretty sure AVG free has the thing so you scan just one file and folder.

For the guys that were talking about disk defrag, check out Tune-Up Utilities 2008. a ton of different apps included; Styler, defrag, registry defrag and cleaner.....the works. Nice app.

I have that.
