Spent a few days in Beijing for work. Waitress brings me my chicken. I cut into it and the inside is sexy time pink...... but it's only slightly warm to the touch.
I motion for the Waitress and point out my observation.
Her- thats cooked
Me- Ummm, no its not. Its pink.
Her smiling- oh no sir(really bad engrish) its good.
Me- Nope. That's raw and it's not even warm to the touch. It shouldn't be pink.
Her smiling and now nodding yes- Its ok, its cooked, thats how we cook it here.
Me thinking...thata why you have avaian bird flu and swine flu outbreaks..- Nope, please take it.
Me- I have not seen a single cow yet in my travels but you have "hamburger" on your menu.
Her- yes we have real hamburger.
Me- Let's call it "hamburger." Full cooked, "well done" and lots of ketchup.

I hate food born illnesses, always uncomfortable. Wife was sick for 2 weeks with salmonella poisoning this summer. Had to visit the ER got so dehydrated. Took 2 bags of drip IV drugs and another week of pills to finally get thr body back to normal.

Yeah, getting ill off of food is depressing and aggravating. One is not supposed to pee out of ones backside. Every time I have been seriously sick from food it has been from under cooked pork. The first time I was vomiting at the exact same time I had explosive diarrhea. That was horrible. Good old BBQ Pork Sandwich.

I busted the plastic grommet to my radio antenna on the rear fender. I was bumpin pretty good and I was listening for new rattles. I heard the antenna making noise then the bass hit and busted the grommet basically into two pieces. Now I have to order a replacement which are rubber instead of plastic. Should last for the life of the car now. Dammit. $18 dollars for a grommet.

Yeah, getting ill off of food is depressing and aggravating. One is not supposed to pee out of ones backside. Every time I have been seriously sick from food it has been from under cooked pork. Yep its absolutely horrible. I've suffered that hug a bucket while sitting on the throne. Absolutely horrible. Last time 2013, got the flu shot and less than 2 days later viola' . Dr thinks it was one of two things with the shot. Usually would get mild sick for a week or so afterwards, last time getting a flu shot.
Did get a mild case of salmonella same time wife did. Was on a road trip so can't pin point the cause but I modified my supp regimen and was better in about 3 days and was never too severe.
Anything gastro related is always horrible Respiratory illnesses are soooo much easier to deal with.

Its always random shit isn't?
Tried to fix wiring on an old trailer that was "fixed" by an apparent hack. I also discovered his "weld" repairs and it looks like someone literally glued earth worms randomly on a trailer ramp. I picked up the trailer for next to nothing but it never ceases to amaze me how horrendous some of these "pro" repairs turn out.

I hate shitty welding jobs.
Fixing the "repairs" from the previous repair guy. The tool was dumb enough to break the ramp and drove over the fenders. Both fenders were "framed" out in 1x1 square tubing but nothing is straight or level. Its a simple tandem axle ill use to transport my SxS but the "mods" and "repairs" this guy did aren't laughable, they're an abomination.

He cut and rewelded the perches, thankfully they are square but he oversized them. I had to put a grade 8 washer in as a spacer. New spring perches will be ordered and installed this spring.
At night, lying on my back and I was still able to stack dimes inside a spring perch. Not the best but decent penetration and puddle control.
