my set up is JL Audio TR690-TXi 6 x 9-inch rear, ZR650-CSi front , pioneer DEH-150MP head unit. I need a amp, I don't know anything about systems. Please help, thank you.

Issue is your deck has 1 set of preouts for an amp so you want an amp for speakers or subs ?

First off, your deck is poorly matched with your setup. Id switch it out with a better deck.
