What amp with my Morel Dotech mk2 components? Will they be underpowered?

My front component speakers are Morel Dotech MK2 ( 140Wrms)

SO I wanna buy an amp for them and I was thinking about buying one of these:

-Zapco REF350 - Zapco Reference 2 Ch. 350 Watt Amplifier

-Phoenix Gold X100.2 - Phoenix Gold Xenon 200 Watt 2 Ch. Amplifier

-Diamond Audio D5 300.4 - Diamond Audio 4 Ch. 300 Watt Amplifier

-Hifonics ZXi 6006 - Hifonics 2 Ch 600 Watt Zeus Amplifier

The Zapco and PG are 2X100 Wrms and I'd like to know if would be enough powerful for my morel?

My first choice would be the Diamond amp..what is your opinion about it?

Any other suggestions?

i would go with a zapco reference dc 360.4 and go active with those components.
