What amp to use?

My rear speakers are rated at 40watts, and my front are rated at 70 (power bass)

What amp should i go with? I was looking at powerbass's http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=5221

That amp will work fine for you, don't worry about the rears, your going to turn them down anyhow.
