What amp to use and which speakers?

I want to run 3 10" Kicker Cvrs, I dont know how to hook them up to an amp and what amp I need. They put out 900rms and 1900 max. Ive been looking at hifonics amps but no idea which one I would need.. Im on a budjet ideally the amp shud be under $300. Also which speakers i wud need 2 or 4 ohms is needed... plz help thnaks...
