what amp to get?

i am looking at gettin a fairly cheap 4 channel amp and right now im looking at either a brand new Aura RPM 4200 or a used PowerBass ASA-400.4

i dont really know to much about either company so could someone please tell me witch one is gonna sound better?

or any other 4 channel amps for around $100
