What amp is this?

Was given to me by a friend who didn't know what it was, it's a 4 channel iirc, seems like a pretty big amp, approx measurements are 13x18x2.5.

yeah that was done by me. Buddy said it didn't work so I hooked it up, played for about 30 seconds then popped....

Small coils, few caps, low number of output transistors per side.
