what amp for jl 12w6v2

hey all,

i have a pair of focal 165v2's and i am upgrading my 12 w1v2 sub to a 12 w6v2. all of this is being powered by an alpine f345 amp. is this amp going to have enought power to power this sub or is there another amp that would be better. i don't want to spend a lot of money if i am going to have to buy another amp, but i want it to sound decent.

are you looking for an amp for the subs, or for both? budget? a good amp for that sub would be a pg xenon 600.1

The xenon line is known for having lots of problems but they also have a lot of power

my personal recomendation for this sub is a mtx 801d rated 500rms @ 2ohm 12.5 but its real power is about 600rms... that's just my opinion

that was on the first run of xenon's. since then they have fixed the bug.
