send it to someone who knows what there doing like amp-medics in florida i bet he can fix it

doubt anyone else will recommend it but a audiopipe 3000d bridged at 3 ohm if your not trying to spend a bunch. those subs will be happy with that amount of power as long as you have a decent electrical to back it up

Better question why is the 4k shot? And yes it can be fixed send it to memphis if all else fails and theyll put a new board in it
Memphis used to be picky about fixing their own amplifiers. I had one that died, and it was purchased authorized. When I called Memphis to get a RMA, they told me to bring it back to where I purchased it.

If it wasn't purchased authorized, they used to not repair them. They didn't even want to see the amplifier, much less talk to you about it. This used to be typical of their response when you told them one of their products was purchased online: "Oh, you got it from Woofer's Etc? Sorry, but they are not an authorized dealer for our product, therefore we can offer no support. Thanks for calling though and have a nice day."

I wasn't talking about warranty work. I had a Memphis amp that I purchased used that arrived in non-functinal condition. The seller offered to pay for the repair, so I called Memphis. In so many words or less, they told me to pound sand because I didn't have a receipt and made me feel like I was wasting their time. Granted, this was in 2008, so things may have changed since then. Regardless, it was a total turnoff to purchasing any more of their products.

Ya, I sent it to memphis. Two days later they sent it back and said it cant be repaired. Not sure why. At this point I guess Im just ready to get a new one.
