what amp for 2 hd312's

ok, in my system i have is in my sig. i am waiting for my goliath to be repaired right now, but im thinking that i am going to sell it when i get it back. i need to figure out the best way to power my hd312's. i am looking to spend around $800 on one or two amps to power them, but thers so many options im not sure what to choose. i was thinking of the folowing: 2 sundown 1500's strapped, a memphis 4kw, possibly 2 kicker 2500.1's..(really worth the extra cash?) or even 2 pa300db's. what do you guys think would be the most stable with my electrical? (oh yea, at a 1ohm load)
