What amp for 2 12" CVR's?

So I am going to be running 4 12's cut-cab on my extended cab Sierra and am wondering what kind of amp should i get to power 2 12" Kicker CVR's? i am going to have two amps which is why i am asking for only 2 because i plan on running the subs in the box in my bed and the two amps under the back seat and then two capacitors in the middle under the rear seat....any feedback appreciated...

I have one amp that will push all those Kickers...A good ole American made Kicker competition XS100 It is a Class AB amp very clean and a high s/n. Not like those distortion making cheap foreign made class D's. i heard those amps are extremely power hungry though...what would be something that wouldn't kill my alternator...

I've got 3 CVR12s running in my '00 Explorer with the stock alternator and battery with no probs. If you don't sit and listen to your system for a long time w/o the car running you should be ok. My 3 subs are powered by a HiFonics BXi1606d which is rated at 400wRMS @ 1 ohm, so each sub gets 400watts (400RMS is the rating of those subs) if you're gonna run 4. I'm only using 3 right now b/c I don't have a box for 4 yet. But they're run at a 1.34 ohm load b/c of 3 subs, so they're each getting a lil more than they're rated which is fine. The amp will be perfect for 4 though. Got mine off eBay for $252.95 shipped. Or you could get a 2000w BXi2006D if you want to give 'em a lil more juice.

Awesome, i'll look into the BXi2006D cuz i want these things to have some power behind them i just dont want the power drain usually associated with those powerful amps...thanks for the feedback tho

Ive got two quantum audio cozmik 12's (750rms per) and my mtx thunder 1000d is on the outs. I need a new amp soon and would preferably like to upgrade. I want something that slams hard, can push at least 750 rms, but also sounds good. I listen to everything from tupac to conway twitty. Yes, I know, I'm a very confused audiophile, but, I still need an amp. My quantums are wired series parallel. Any suggestions?

Should have posted this with the quantum question but i also need an amp for my mids and hi's. Ive got 4 6.5 polk momo components and within a few months would like to get my hands on two more polk momo 6x9's. So, a multi channel that sounds good, and can push around 100x4 rms. I think pols momo comp.'s are 115 or 120 rms????? Not sure but its a guess. Any advice would be awesome.
