What am i tuned at?Cu Ft?

~4.5 ft^3 @ 43 Hz

I used your dimensions as outer dimensions and assumed 0.75" thick MDF. Also, I did not assume any port displacement, so net volume will actually be bit less, and tuning will be ~1 Hz higher.

Try making the ports 16.25" (longest possible assuming ports on baffle and 20" deep box). That'll get you 4.35 ft^3 @ 34 Hz

Yeah, and I assumed ports flared on both ends.

yeah ports have flares at both ends. so what could i do to lower my hz's i think 43 is too high, but what does it really mean when its that high and if i lowered it what would it sound like??

is 43hz good or is it bad??

Sound quality and low end capabilities will be compromised, but output should be pretty high.

Generally most street beaters prefer a tuning in the 30-35hz range, maybe into the upper 30's depending on the style of music they listen to.

43hz is, IMHO, too high.
