Just replaced my 600 watt digital amp with the audiopipe ap1800d. While I was trying to adjust the gain and everything else the protection light came on. Not only did it come on the audiopipe but also on my 600 watt planet audio amp that i have on my highs/mids. What do i do to get it out of protection....just wait?? This never happened until I installed the audiopipe.

do you have a digital mulit meter?

check your grounds. if it isn't making good enough contact ,all of your amps will go into protect when you try to power them up....

if its not your ground. check the inline fuse in the hot going to the amps... you could have pinched the remote wire ??????????

Thanks for the help. I'll check all that in the morning.
