Yes but if she specifically went out and took pics of the system, for selling purposes, a system which clearly has the brand name listed on the outside of the products, would she just call them JL Audio in the ad? Fishy, to say the least. Sure its possible she might, but its much more likely this is simply an ignorant and lazy scammer fishing for someone equally ignorant on product brands.
