I was curious if everything was identical with the overruns so I emailed them. The gentlemen assured me they were and that the t/s are identical to the originals.

3.85ft^3 gets you the "golden" .707 qtc. I prefer something more in the .8 area most of the time, so I'll be using a little less volume than that. I think 1.75ft^3 per seems to give it a little premature roll-off, but that's just my opinion.

Got mine today! Haven't had a chance to open it up yet but I will try to get some pics when I do.

Well I opened her up and its everything I thought it would be. I saw a couple people with concerns about the surround being dry rotted, mine is perfect. I don't think dry rot should be an issue. The only thing this sub doesn't have that the old w6 had is a magnet boot and the sticker on the back of the magnet. Other than that its all oldschool JL quality. Can't wait to get this in my ride.

Very nice..I'm trying to think up some type of creative viynl sticker for the mag. Might just go all black.

Is that hifonics a 12"?
