Who's used it? How's it work exactly? Who pays the fees? Someone is wanting to purchase something using them to send me the money. I'm positive it's not a scam of any kind.
It cost around $13 for same day. All the buyer has to do is use the green form that is for sending put your name on it and the city that it's going and you go to a place in your area that has a westren union and pick up the cash.
I have only used it once but I remember not paying anything extra, I think the sender pays all fees. All you have to do is go to your local liquor store (or wherever their local office is) and pick up the money
its not a scam if they are sending cash to you. You get cold hard cash and then send it to them its the safest way to sell but the worst way to buy because the seller can just not send you crap and then disappear.
I have western union where I work and it's pretty easy. For in country transfers the charge depends on how much you send. For the receiver you just need the name of the receiver and his/her city/state. The sender pays the fees, and you can pick up the money at any western union location near you. It's pretty simple, but the fees can get hefty in they are sending a lot of money. There's a money in minutes service which gets there "within minutes" or there's a next day service which is usually cheaper by a few bucks.
