if you would rather NOT erase it why are you are charging MORE for it not formatted? it should be less cause you dont have to waste your time.

Option 1: go into device manager, delete the entire drive partition and repartition it

Option 2: go into drive properties right click, choose format, choose quick format

both methods will take about 1 minute

i usually dont thread crap, but when someone tries to make money by illegal selling music by charging twice the price for a loaded hard drive it just bugs me

wow, buy a 40gb hard drive transfer 40gb of music to it and then sell it for twice the price, why didnt i think of that? because it is illegal and the site can get in trouble if they allow illegal music to be bought and sold here
