If your ISP has free newsgroup access (it more than likely does) download Grabit, subscribe to alt.binaries newsgroups (DVD-R, DIVX whatever) select files, and download at full speed.

download Bitcomet, and go to thepiratebay.org, and search whatever movie you wanna get. and click Download Torrent, and it will automatically go to Bitcomet when you click it.

Get a blockbuster pass or something... 20 bucks for a month... you can "back up" your video library with their dvds
