I think its about time for me to lose some weight. I currently weight about 185-190lbs. And I am almost 6 ft tall, so i dont really look fat. But what would be the best way to lose weight? Is there even a best way? I eat fast food about once or twice a month. I do eat healthy most of the time.

 
eat 2 meals a day instead of 4
i dont even eat 4 times. i usually eat 1 or 2 times a day. i dont eat breakfast. sometimes lunch. and most of the time i eat dinner, and just a snack earlier in the day. and i drink loads of gatorade.

 
here's a couple tips off the top of my head.....

1.low calorie diet (high protein)

2.five smaller meals a day instead of gourging 3 times a day

3.drink LOTS of water ( studies show drinking an extra Litre of water a day can increase metabolism by 25-30%)

4.build muscle. The more muscle your body has the higher metabolism you'll have.
