How long ago did they have bad customer service? My experience with them in the past year has been flawless.

Search, there are plenty of stories on here about people waiting months for repairs for stupid stuff like the recone glue being on backorder.

ED makes some good products (the amps anyway) although I would reccomend staying away from them because of the horrible customer service.

the sundown amps look over priced ! If you have money which it seems you do I would go with multiple kenwood, alpine, JBL, SONY, high quality amps . In other words It may take 2 of them to accomplish what some of these $700 dollar amps claim they can accomplish but will definitely be worth the penny.

He didn't specify which Sony, but if it were a XM-2000R, there aren't many amps that I would take over that.

I never owned a sony amp but I never heard of a SUNDOWN either and still would classify the SUNDOWN as over priced. I Shop online and in NYC down town Manhattan , I have never seen this amp but I have seen plenty of SONY AMPS AND PRODUCTS. HIGH QUALITY Y E S ! I bet you can't get a SUNDOWN flat screen TV but you definitely will get a SONY just about anything. Just to make my point about quality.
