Can't blame ya man, I'm flying back out there next week. I looked at their website and they haven't came down on their prices yet...most of the other resorts on the strip have had to jump back down to the $59 deals because of the economy...last year you couldn't touch a room on the strip for under 100-150 bucks a night unless you just got VERY lucky.
IMO Wynn is one of the nicest places in town to simply relax and enjoy yourself, the Bellagio is great as well..but it isn't cheap, they may be having some deals though.

You can go into any buffet, without having to stay in that hotel. But if they are running good rates out there you might as well try out a nicer hotel. When I wen out there last year rooms were expensive as ****, no reason for getting a $400 a night room, when I was only going to be in it for a few hours a day. Also check out Sin, that place was ****ing lovely

I am with annarbor. The only time you are in the room is to sleep. I have stayed at the MGM, Luxor, Monte Carlo, NY NY and the Tropicana. Out of all of those the Tropicana is definitely not the nicest one but I like to stay there because its cheap and that's where I have met the most girls when in Vegas. Alot of young people stay there due to the prices.
