Well, I Failed...

I turned 16 today, got up an hour or two ago and went to take my driver's test... I used my dad's caddy instead of my car kuz the front end isnt as long (i have a new charger, pretty big nose), and then I realized I've never used his windshield wipers before. WELLLL that turned into points off cuz it took me like 10 min to find the wipers. I was so nervous my mom said my face was splotched red, WOW. So I failed because I didn't check my left blind spot when doing the three point turn and she said a car was too close when I pulled out onto the highway...w/e...

if you're that nervous taking your drivers test, you have no business driving a car on public roads.

on a side note, you have no business owning a new charger. if i went to school with you, i'd beat you up.

I failed my first time purely on nerves, and went back the next day and got a perfect score. I say practice the stuff they have you do a few times and that'll have you more confident.

The driver's test around here you do not go anywhere near a highway. We just are in a neighborhood and a bank parking lot.

when I took my test I was in my moms BMW and the guy who was "grading" me just sat there playing with the power seats so it was fairly easy

You don't even have your license yet, but you have a new charger?

And...just curious...if you don't think you can pass the test driving "your car"...then I'd suggest selling "your car" and getting something different, or spending more time driving it. Because you should feel most comfortable driving your car.

No kidding? Well, I guess in the long run that does make sense...

I passed with a perfect on the driving part and missed one question on the written part when I got my license @ 15.

Then I got a chauffeur's license in my early 20s and found that there wasn't but maybe 4 questions more that weren't on the regular license exam. Whatta joke that was...

Thanks for your input guys! Geez, some people are grumpy... I know I was just upset about it I'm fine now I'm fixing to go practice... BTW why can't I have a Charger? I'm not a spoiled brat, I'm modest about what I have, I work my *** off in school, and my parents work hard for their money... you get what you earn...
