well i almost died today

I had a 1989 cutty calias and was just crusing down the road. I noticed that my pedal was loose and push it a lil bit and all the sudden it floors itself seriously i though quick and applied the brake... the bi*** locked up to where i couldnt push it in. I thought again and threw it into neutral reving my engine too high and try to turn into a neighborhood... the steering wheel was locked also. I took the risk of stripping my gears and put it back into drive and everything except the steering wheel was back to normal. I arrived at my destination (work) and the belt was ripped off. WTF FTS!!!

I had my steering wheel lock up before when my rack and pinion seized up.

Good thing was i just came off the highway.

my friend has this $300 prism that the steering cuts out fairly often and he ends up cutting across lanes of traffic and goin up on curbs. haha im always afraid to drive with him

at least that gives you a good reason to get a new car
