Weight supllements?

I have been hitting it hard lately. I was using Anavol and Aminovol ,glutamine and vitamins etc.

In three weeks

Bench went from 245 to 280

Squat went from 225 to 295

Deadlift 165 to 225

Shoulder Press 90 165

roughly....

I will be taking BSN Mass Stack tomorrow and will follow up in a month with results. I'll let you know if Cellmass, Nitrix and No- xplode are worth its weight.

Yep until your adrenal glands scrivel up and your liver fails....otherwise all the "research" is right there...hell those companies care enough to the reasearch on their own products so you don't have to use your brain and figure it out yourself. So are these weight supplements is for gaining weight right? Because as you guys can see i need some MASS. I been trying this GNC weight gainer protein shake and omg i was like fucc it and never drank it anymore... i needa take some pills and vitamins instead.

All those up above, you guys suggest?

What you need to do is called bulking, versus what I am doing (cutting). Some people think that bulking is just eating whatever is in sight, and it almost is. The main difference is that what you bulk needs to be CLEAN. You can eat 20 cheeseburgers, or you can eat 20 chicken breasts. Tak ethe chicken. It all comes down to common sense. Pills don't add anything unless you're doing what else is necessary. It's kind of like rich women who go to the gym to talk to their friends while using machines people need to use. They're doing something, but in the wrong way.

I agree with PV audio. There is a lot that could be taken into account as well. To add size/mass/weight you do need to eat right. Eat carbs, eat fat, and protein. The rule of thumb is 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight. You dont need whey protein, it helps if you can't eat a full meal all the time, but is not necessary. I think the split is 40 - 30 - 30 ( Pro - cabrs - fat). You absolutely need fat, even saturated fat. It has anabolic propoerites and promotes testosterone production. But dont over consume, stay as low as feasible but make sure you get it. Mono-unsat fats should make up the rest (olive oil, omega-3, flaxseed, etc) Your carb source, be it high or low glycemic should not matter too much since you are going for added size, but lower gly foods provide longer sustained energy. Instead of buying protien, I buy chicken, steak, albacore tuna, salmon etc.

Overall, you can do it with or without added protein shakes, it just requires more on your part. And make sure you take glutamine through out the day to preserve your current muscle and prevent catabolism.

^^ He speaketh the truth. Get good oils in your diet, you'll be wholly surprised at what they can do. I was on flax and fish oil, but they didn't do much. I'm on sesamin now (sesame oil), and the results are astounding.
