Weight loss meds

If you use supplements to lose weight (which won't help unless you change your diet) you will gain it back anyway. There's no magic pill. Change your diet, if you want to lose weight you need to change your lifestyle. Better to lose it slowly then try to med yourself up. If you want to speed up your heart rate have a couple cups of black coffee

 
Doing cardio while your heart rate is increased in the surest way to lose the fat though. You aren't going to lose the weight taking caffeine pills all day and watching "Malcom in the Middle".

And for gods sake, if you're going to ****ing drug yourself on stimulants, get a heart rate monitor. If your heart rate goes over 90%, STOP!!!!! If you are 17-23, which I have a feeling you are, aim for about 170 bpm. 180 would be pushing it close. If you hit 190, stop. You are going to kill yourself sustaining that kind of heart rate untrained.

 
Taking drugs is not the best way for losing weight and keeping it off.

You said about not caring about muscle, but muscle burns calories, roughly 1 lb of lean muscle burns 75kcal per day to sustain its mass, where as 1 lb of fat burns only 2kcal per day. Moderate weight lifting using the major muscles should make a big difference.

Also do cardio, 30-45 min 3 days a week should be suffient.

Eat healthier, quit junk food & soda or limit consumption to once a week & don’t overdo it.

Drink 1 liter of water per 1000 calories you expend. Your body will stop holding water if you drink more water.

If you do this while taking drugs if you choose to, will help you lose weight quite rapidly.

Remember, it takes time and dedication.

 
What kind of body structure do you have Famous? How tall are you? How much do you weight? Do you have an idea of your current body fat percent? What are some of your actual goals and purposes for wanting to lose this weight?

You seem very misinformed and are probably going to hurt yourself trying to do what you want to do.

 
no matter what ya do bud your going to need some cardio, but also remember to stay well hydrated and stop the sodas should help raise your metabolism on top of that eat less greasy food.

If ya just want to lose weight the unhealthy way people around here are doing Aderal cause it makes you less hungry that way you cut down on meals but I would recomend doing what I said above first before aderal, like I said to you before. Good luck bro

 
Adderall should not be used soley for losing weight.

Is it a successful tool for suppressing appetite, increasing your heart rate, and overall losing weight? Hell fucking yeah. Been using it myself. The side effects that could be associated with taking Adderall without a prescription will almost always outweigh the benefits gained from taking it though.

Not to mention, caffeine and ephedrine are both more effective than Adderall when used wisely.

If taken PROPERLY these are a great DIET AID!!!

Let's really look at why people supposidly had heart attacks - took 5 TIMES THE RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT and DEHYDRATED...like I said if taken properly those conditions do not exist. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR BODY IS TELLING YOU.
