Meh, pot is fine.
I don't smoke much but I see zero problem with responsible use. I have seen far more lives destroyed by alcohol, which is not only legal but revered in our society.
People just have phobias of what they don't fully understand and what's not familiar and openly traditional.
I smoke once or twice a month, usually on Saturday afternoon (proven by me to be the most relaxed time of the week...don't question it). I have a promising and growing career, extremely active social life, and consider myself fairly intelligent, at least to the point where I am almost never intellectually intimidated.
We would all be better off taking weed off the list of enemies to fight in "the war on drugs". We waste billions and billions of dollars every year on half-assed propaganda and prosecuting Joe Sixpack who got caught with a dimebag on his way home from work.
Most of this country have smoked pot at some point in their lives. So this means that we are all paying taxes out of our check every week to fight a war against something we ourselves have enjoyed at one point or another.
What happened to by the people for the people?
Just a thought....
