y would you want too glue carpet to it.....wet carpet=mold heaven.

you could probably carpet over bedliner too.

I've used the roll on bedliner before...looks good with a couple of coats. Better than bare MDF, at least.

i kno this but just seems like if hes tryin to waterproof a box there is a high chance of it gettin wet........
