He is trying to sell Stetsom product as new and is offering product at cheap price and is only accepting COD payment. The product is actually his own personal product and that is where the problem lies. The people sending money COD are not getting the product or money back. His business is supposed to be legit but he's trying to sell his own personal Stetsom product off as new from Stetsom and then not sending product to customers.

If Chris truely has stetsom product of his own and wants to sell it for dirt cheap that's his business. But be warned that only send money via a secured transaction like paypal or credit card.
