no they wont. cops cant **** with you period unless the keys are in the ignition. otherwise your perfectly legal.

i've known a couple of people that have gotten in trouble with the law for sleeping in their car drunk. cops here are dicks, maybe the laws are different

You will still get hauled off if you are sleeping it off in your car. Cops won't take the chance of you driving when you wake up. There was a debate about that down here.

thats retarded. how are you supposed to be responsible? sleep on the street?! obviously if your sleeping in your car, you made the choice NOT to drive already.

yeah, here in PA, if the keys arent in the ignition, your fine. and if you cant have them in the car....hide them under the wheel

i usually lock my keys in my trunk if i don't want them on me. then i just use my hidden trunk latch to get them back out.

now it's 4:30 in the morning and i have to walk back up to the bar i drank at tonight to get my car because we all drove seperate with no dd, so i had to walk home from the bar.
