Our best buy here is pretty good..........the circuit city is average, but the customer service is terrible............the wal-marts are terrible..........but I think all of the little kids bought all of the subs and amps from the wally worlds......

I haven't bought anything retail w/o demoing with my own music AND checking the settings..BB is horrible about setting certain amps to sound better in the store, I've checked and called them on it.
