I need to find a loophole badly. I'm transferring again this summer (I know I shouldn't transfer so much but that's another story) to Arizona State University. I've already found a great place to live, but I don't know what I'm going to do about tuition. In state tuition is around $4,500 and out of state is around $17,000. Might have to get a VA license soon anyway...so between that and filing a VA tax return...I don't know what else they'd want...
