sprint is good for service. ive had them over 4 years. two different plans but they customer service is shit. i currently owe them $300 dunno if i should even pay them anymore im tired of their shit

you can get around some of the bills if they screwed up. i went from them saying i owed 400 bucks on monday to having a credit of 165 24 hours later lol.

I was going to switch to Sprint and cancel within the 30 day trial period, but supposedly they caught on to that and will charge you the $200 if you switched from one service to the other and cancelled within the trial period.

Although the person that was helping me on the phone did tell me I have 30 days to cancel the service and I will incur no charges whatsoever.

I've never paid for a cell phone or cell phone bill. I've had a company phone for the last 10 years. After the first year I developed a deep seated hatred for the phone and it lives with me to this day. I now refer to it as my "electric leash".
