what the dealer said was completely unnecessary. some people need to learn what customer service is. the kid got caught...however him threatening the kid saying that he couldn't go off at the mouth because he wasnt stupid enough with 7 or 8 employees around? mmmmm **** off. annways the kids a jackass too though
