What exactly is this prop 1?? I find it HILARIOUS that the government classes weed as a schedule 1 drug with no medical use and cocaine is schedule 2 with "some possible" medicinal uses. How does that happen??

basically, if you have chronic pain, seizures, cancer, or AIDS they will prescribe you it, i guess one of the main reasons is that most of the current medication for these conditions causes loss of hunger....

my mom has horrible pain (which she takes valium for right now) and epilepsy which causes seizures...so she will get the prescription

This proposal allows the use of gov. issued med. mary jane for people with perscriptions. to get a perscription you must have a specific disease

I voted yes on Prop 1. No reason not to legalize marijuana and regulate it, just like alcohol or tobacco.
