This is the Middle East. Iran and Iraq have been fighting each other since before Jesus. The Armenians and the Turks and the Azeris can't stand the sight of each other. Not to mention the Palestinians and the Israelis...I think the American public should know two big things. 1) People over there don't ever forget...and 2) They've hated the West ever since the Crusades.Yeah I know. Had I known he was going to fight in Iraq like he has I would have been with all the left wingers saying what's the point in going over there.
Internal poverty started when the first white man set foot in america 300+ years ago. So where were the other 42 presidents at on that one?however we should worry about our internal poverty before worrying about other countries.
unless they are a conformist. they have someone elses opinionInternal poverty started when the first white man set foot in america 300+ years ago. So where were the other 42 presidents at one that one?
Everyone's got an opinion on the president: some good, some bad. But as stated many a time before... "Opinions are like Assholes, everyone's got one."
i miss those days dont you?nobody said this would be quick...remember after 911..any country that harbors terrorists..saddam killed his own people..forget right wing, left wing seperatism,we our one country, and not the only one attacked, pointing fingers doesnt keepanyone safe, reacting together does.
That's right, it doesnt matter how long we're over there trying to fix things, it will NEVER be fixed. This is the Middle East. Iran and Iraq have been fighting each other since before Jesus. The Armenians and the Turks and the Azeris can't stand the sight of each other. Not to mention the Palestinians and the Israelis...I think the American public should know two big things. 1) People over there don't ever forget...and 2) They've hated the West ever since the Crusades.
If Bush had said to Congress that this was going to be a knock-down, dragged-out fight that in all probability will take longer than a presidential term (or two, or three) to finish, and prepared the American public for that, I wouldn't have as much of a problem with that. At least there's some respectability in that.
But you can't with any common sense, look at what happened to the British in Iraq and say that we'd be out of there in a year or two. You simply can't...unless you have no sense of history.
Around the same time the national threat level went to Fuschia.they changed it...to what? i forgot.
