I am using torres box design software the way the box sits i am using were the speakers are mounted as height1 and the backside as height 2 then the depth is the measurement between these two and width is pretty self explanatory. i get 3.66cu ft before any displacements if i use the 12volt calculator it uses the depth as the height and what i am using as the the two heights as the depth and it comes out to somewhere around 2.66cu ft before displacements. I didnt build this i ordered it custom built i was told it was net 2.6 tuned to 35hz it does sound really good i am curious more than anything what the correct way to figure the volume is.

The enclosure goes under the rear seat of a 09 chevy crew cab.

My enclosure measures 52.5 wide x 17.5 deep front height is 9.25 tapering to 5 inches. any and all help is appreciated.

here is a pic:

"52.5 wide x 17.5 deep front height is 9.25 tapering to 5 inches"

52.5 wide would be 51" internally. 17.5 deep would be 16 internally. Your tapered wall would be 8.5 to 4.25 internally so we average these two numbers to get 6.375"

51x16x6.375=5202, then we divide that by 1728 to get 3.0104 cu foot internally NOT factoring in driver displacement.
