Volume for S15L7

Alright my friend has a S15L7 and we're going to build a box for it. He wants a system that has very good SQ... so he wants a sealed box, but I'm shooting for a good ported box tuned at around 30-34Hz. On the manual it says the best SQ for the driver is with a 6.0ft^3 box, but that's a hefty box to fit in a little honda civic. Does anybody know the T/S parameters for this driver as well as a volume we should shoot for... since I'm sure some people have experience with these drivers... also keep in mind that we're going to fit the box into a 98 civic 4dr.
