My neighbor has one with i/h/e and downpipe. Sounds so nice and it moves decently too. V6 I believe. I wanted one but I couldn't find any in my area with decent mileage.

the g60's were 4cyl supercharged. troublesome cars. alot of guys swap turbos on instead. vr6's were much better cars. vw has had alot of electrical problems over the years. but they are cool cars. i love the little retractable wing some of them had.

nope, they arent that reliable, but if you got time and money it is a **** sweet car. the slc VR6 model is the better of the 2. the g60 supercharged wasnt reliable at all. they can definatly be fast, and look pretty cool, but its gonna be tough to find a well maintained one since they stopped making them about 14 years ago. but if you can find a nice one then go for it.

94 was the last year,My uncle had one for a company vehicle, Red with black leather,VR6,5 speed and it would haul ***... the sad thing is when the company was done paying the lease they gave him the option of buying it out (this was in 96/97 the car was a 94) and he got it for $2450 taxes in canadian. Sold it about a week later for $15,000.
