^have you ever dealt with them?
I had bought two amps from them Turns out one was out of stock and they didn't update the site until a few hours after. They at first didn't want to refund me the money for the amp out of stock. They wanted me to use in store credit for something else. I had to basically threaten a chargeback for both amps if they didn't refund me for the one. I left some neutral feedback about them, they offered me some free money to revise it so their feedback would be better idk?
I most likely would not order from them ever again. But that is just my personal experience I think someone on caco had a similar situation with them.

I bought a Hifonics Bxi1610 from them and it arrived DOA, Less than 6 hours later i had a full refund plus money to ship the amp back to them.
