this is the best company i have ordered from so far. i ordered an amp from them lat night at 8:15 est and i woke up this morning (about 10:30) and they already shipped my order and gave me a tracking number. just a heads up for anyone needing nice products and needs them fast. i know twistedchild420 is behind them too. excellent shippers.

The only thing I don't like is they package your stuff like ****

My amp came in the manufacturer's box packaged inside a random JVC cd player box with almost no packaging material. There was a little bag filled with air (vacuum sealed) towards the end of the box maybe 1/8th the size of the box.

That's odd! Everything I've ordered from there was very well packed! I've ordered two different amps and a HU from there. All Well packaged.

Really? When I order from sonicelectronix, my stuff is well packed. From vminnovations, it's not and I've seen other people on the forums talk about it too. Maybe it depends on what you order? Idk

They didnt send both my sets of y splitters, had to contact like 4 different people to get my *****, good prices, and they fixed the problem, but having to wait an extra week because of there mistake after they had my money, is never a good look

I have ordered tons of stuff from vmi and never once had an issue, my amplifiers came in the manufactures box too I was a little concerned.

They done some extensive research on shipping and when they have shiped items in the manufactures box there is less chance of having damage. When a truck loader sees the retail.box they feel more obligated to handle it with care vs something in a a plain card board box without knowing the contents has more be a chance of being damaged do to carelessness.

May not make a lot of sense to some people but after shipping a lot of car audio your shipping box takes a lot of abuse. Both of my amps retail boxes were flawless and hand delivered and not dumped on the porch.

Also if any damage was to happen they would take care of you.

My amp came in the manufacturer's box packaged ....
I got an amp from them off of ebay, and everything was fast. But the amp came in the manufacturers (thin) cardboard box with the stock styrofoam ends and nothing more. The box was not new, but was not beat up either though. Amp was not damaged or scratched in any way.

Maybe there is something to this shipping research theory, but frankly, I'd rather overpack and not fear the risk than underpack and hope for the best. But I'm not a bigtime shipper trying to save coin either...

Well I asked them about it after I got my amp and this is what they told me

"Because we offer free 3-day delivery shipping on all our products and retail margins are so thin double-boxing items would cost a lot more to ship. To make any profit we would then have to charge our customers $10-$30 to ship products. Just an fyi, if you ever receive a damaged product please contact our customer service and they will replace it free of charge.

To summarize - we tender the packages to FedEx within 24-hours, and all orders are delivered within 2-3 days for "free". I believe that is an exceptional service."
