visonic or audiobahn

Hi i dont know much about anything but i am looking to get a system and i have 2 choices. 2 audiobahn 12s 1200Q i think. 700 RMS and a lanzar 800 amp. or 2 visonic 12s with a 1000 watt visonik amp. i think the subs are 300 rms. would either of these be a decent system. the audiobahn is 480 and the visonik is 450. they both come with box amp and 12s thank you for any input. also i have the mach 460 sound system and i am keeping the head unit for now. is there an adapter i need to fit into the back of the unit.

Visonik is really a **** good company. My first amp was a Visonik 800 watt.. which I ended up buying another amp to replace it. But it really hit pretty much as hard as my Infinity Beta Digital 300. And you know, I like AudioBahn subs as well. Am I allowed to say that? I don't know who the hell keeps saying they have 0 sq. But I've heard AudioBahn subs many times. It's almost like a domino effect, one person says they don't like a product in a thread. Then another figures he's right and says the same thing. LISTEN first. DECIDE aftwerward. visonik is a good brand. i had a Visonik V800XD and with 2 12" JBL GT's..my first setup in my first comp, i hit 141.3 with the gain and bass boost at a position of 10 o clock (between quarter and half way). the subs couldnt take it.

I have a Visonik V800XD amp like yours, and it is awsome, I am pushing two hollywood excrusions 1280ds. the subs cant realy take it but they are doing what I paid them for. that amp is awsome, I plan on getting another so I can run a paralle setup, and I am going to get thoose jbl 12 subs( the new bad *** ones) or some jl subs, the new bad *** ones or the orion bad *** subs.

no offense to a-hole but the "bad *** ones" don't say a lot for the JL and Orion line of products. JL makes great woofer's so does Orion a couple good one's by both companies, anyway yeah Visonik is a good company in my opinion. got a friend with 2 of there new 15"s cant remember what model and 2 or 3 amps not sure only saw the car for like 1 min as he was doing his db test this weekend at heatwave a local comp. he hit like 154.3 with the subs not even broken in so i was impressed.

dirty dirty dirty .. visonik got the babes, audiobahn got the chrome neither is BAD but you can do as well if not better for the price and actually sound great

ok you guys said i could get something better for the money. im wondering what you guys would get if you had 450 and only 450 and that means for a box 2 12s and an amp. thanks for any input

well for 125 a piece you can get adire shiva's which are great soudning woofers for the money. and all you would need to give them there RMS watts is 600 watts so why not get a jbl600.1 online and that puts you to around 250 for the subs order from jlaine off of here and that get's you the 2 subs for 250 total, the 600.1 i am not sure but i'm sure around 200 then save up some more cash and make your own box. just my thought.

if i was in your shoes i would look at http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1368549944 look at ebay for these in 12 inch they are a steal for the dough rated very high by car sound i do believe (have a mag with its review) get yourself a jbl 600.1 and you will have 100 or so left over to get a box and wire.....would keep up spl wise with abot anything in this range and sound semi boomy but good

$450 - its not a bad bass budget, but personally i would wait a lil bit and get, say $200 more, that way you're in a comlletely different league. anyway, ebay would be the way to go but if u dont fancy getting involved with that, have a look at the shivas, the jbl amps on http://www.nowonspecial.com or http://www.ikesound.com (up to $275 for a big 1200.1), RE's and DDs low end stuff - even the DD2000 series kick ***!
