Visonic Amp only works on 1 Channel?

Well, I listen to rock so I didn't want something ground pounding for subs, so I got some crap 10in Visonik subs and an amp that comes with it (says 800w, but I doubt it). I have noticed that only one channel works with it for some reason, even since I bought it. I have the RCA's in correctly, but for some reason it only comes out of one channel. So right now I'm *bumpin* (lmao) on 1 channel for 2 subs, really poundin huh? Thinkin about puttin my rear 6x9 kenwoods on that amp and swap the subs to 2 channels on my crunch 800w, but I'd rather fix this.

Sooo, any ideas?
